Massimo Pinelli – President
Massimo has served as the President of Forte Real Estate Development since founding the company in 1999. Since then, he has successfully developed multiple mixed use and multifamily projects including condominiums, townhouses and apartments. He has successfully managed the acquisition, financing, approvals, construction and sales & leasing of all projects.
Over the years Massimo has developed an in-depth knowledge of the New Jersey market and is highly regarded in the local banking community as a trusted partner and well proven leader. He has developed a strong relationship with local governments in the redevelopment space to ensure that new projects enhance the local community.
For the first ten years of his career, Massimo worked at a large, privately held family real estate business with interests in holdings in the residential, retail and office sectors. During this time Massimo was involved in all aspects of residential real estate development including acquisitions and government approvals.
Massimo attended the University of Pisa and later graduated from Hunter College in the City of New York with a BA in Mathematics and an MA in Economics.
Francesco Pinelli – Vice President
Francesco Pinelli is the Vice President and Partner of Forte Real Estate Development since the company was formed. Since 1998 Francesco has operated in central New Jersey and has covered the role of senior project manager, construction manager, business coordinator and developer in different residential multifamily projects, ranging from single family to midrise multifamily apartment and condominium complexes. The size of the projects varies from 50 single families to 350 multifamily units. Francesco’s extensive experience, professionalism and demeanour has set a foundation for working in tandem with design professionals, law firms, planners, traffic experts as well as trades and subcontractors.
With a reputation for judicious use of resources and resulting costs containment, Francesco’s work has been instrumental in providing Forte Real Estate Development with leading successful projects, built on schedule, and within budget.
Francesco attended the University of Pisa, Faculty of Economics and Commerce in Pisa Italy, successfully obtaining a degree in Economics and Management.
Fabio Di Prima – Vice President Investments and Acquisitions
Fabio is responsible for the identification, evaluation of investment opportunities, including the oversight of due diligence efforts undertaken in the property and site analysis process, managing investment funds that seek to invest in real estate job-creating projects, through a highly complex fund formation process. Fabio handles transaction negotiations, and oversees the company’s closing activities and investor relations. Over the past decade, Fabio has served in leadership positions at several organizations of different sizes operating across multiple industries, including the $14 billion merger between Fiat and Chrysler Group. Additionally, Fabio served as Managing Director of Silver Sky Global Capital, a multi-strategy private equity firm that actively invested in several real estate projects in Europe and North America.
Fabio holds a joint MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Turin, Italy and Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid. He also holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, Manchester, UK. He is active in a number of businesses and non-profit organizations including serving on the board of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the UK and as President of EB-5 Italy, the leading Italian EB-5 organization.
Tina Gadaleta – Treasurer
Tina Gadaleta, CPA, is our Chief Financial Officer. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University and began her career in public accounting with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young, LLP. With over 20 years of experience and specialized emphasis in real estate, she manages internal accounting operations and financial reporting for all projects from the acquisition phase to final development.
Erica Harmon, MBA – Project Accountant
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science from Elizabeth City State University and an MBA from Dowling College. Erica began her career as an Assistant Manager of Owner Contracts with Bellcore. She has over 25 years of Accounting experience across several industries, including Telecommunication, Transportation and Construction. Over the past 12 years Erica has worked with Trammell Crow Residential, Skanska, Gilbane Building Company and Shawmut Design and Construction. She is responsible to manage the financial aspects of the construction team and subcontractors.
Kathleen Anello – Government Affairs Manager
Kathleen leads, maintains and nurtures Forte’s relationships with local government institutions, associated authorities and committees. She assists in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies and plans, which align with government laws, regulations and standards. Kathleen leads the analysis of proposed legislative actions, determines the potential impact on the organization and develops appropriate plans. Additionally, she is responsible for monitoring legislative and regulatory activities and promoting Forte’s competitive position.
Kathleen has an extensive background in municipal government with over 25 years of experience with various departments, divisions and agencies in the local, county and state government of New Jersey.
Elizabeth Duque – Property Management
Elizabeth is responsible for managing our property management division, operations, and tenant legal. Elizabeth brings more than 20 years of experience in property management and she is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
John Hoff – Senior Project Manager
John Hoff has lifelong track record in construction management. With long history in multi-family, mixed use construction and brownfields redevelopment as well as environmental consulting, John was instrumental to successfully complete over $750 Million in Real Estate construction value within the United States.
Fred Kleinbeck – Construction Manager
Fred Kleinbeck is our Construction Manager. Fred graduated from Rutgers University in 1987 and has been managing residential and commercial construction projects since 1988. His expertise includes single family and multiple family dwellings, apartment complexes, and light commercial structures. Fred manages all facets of the construction process from permiting through project completion.
Mike Lavin – Assistant Project Manager
Mike supports and coordinates all phases and aspects of projects. He is responsible for developing project schedules, keeping subcontractors up to date with scopes of work, completing quantity take-offs, and reviewing project logs. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, and he brings prior experience with MEP consulting.
Katherine Wojcik – Office Manager
Katherine has a varied background in electrical engineering, project management, accounting, and market research. She primarily handles duties such as, scheduling, organizing, account support, property management support, receptionist duties and various other administrative tasks. She is the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you call the Forte office.
